The rooftop pool with views of the skyline was a highlight. The spacious room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I loved that the location was just a short walk from the metro. A solid choice!

Gorgeous small property with accommodating and pleasant staff with the dining room manager. Bright and luxurious rooms, particularly nice view of the downtown. Magnificent and easy location, next to a top-notch gallery. Really close to the restaurant and tourist spots.

Loved the fact that I chose this very good standard hotel. The employees were highly professional and very efficient and offered very good services. The breakfast was amazing and free and included. The venue had a central setting to all the prime attraction of Dubai. Further, it was really close to Dubai Mall, which is one stop away, is in the middle of the downtown and pubs a short walk away.

It was a strong match for a short visit in Dubai with good value. The big room was comfortable despite the service issues. Be prepared for slow service at check-in and breakfast.

A super central hotel not far from the fairground and the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall. Nice staff, big rooms, great breakfast

Waking up to the amazing view of the skyline was lovely. The staff were warm, especially Yasir.

Though we faced minor inconveniences like unclear lighting and a lack of mirror space, the overall experience was still pleasant and nice.

Can do much better

Super accommodation in the heart of Dubai. 25 minutes walk to the Dubai mall. From there you can explore the city with the City sightseeing bus or big bus.

Free upgrade to a better room. Great view of the surrounding skyscrapers. Various free transfers from the hotel to the beach or mall. Directly at the Metro, easy connection to the airport.

The rooftop pool offers fine skyline views, definitely a highlight of the stay. The location is stellar, just a short walk from the metro.

Parking options are limited, with no underground or sheltered spaces available. Having to pay extra for popular breakfast items like pancakes and waffles seemed off, especially since the breakfast is termed continental. On top of that, some rooms could use better maintenance. For example, bathtubs in the rooms aren't up to par. Just little things that can.

I have read the comments about the elevator before I booked my room, And I thought how bad that can be, trust me it is extremely annoying. Very slow service, had to wait more than an hour for a hair dryer and had to call 3 times to follow up. Handy phone Is bad, not able to pick up the calls. Bathroom is not maintained. Shower amenities are very poor, refilled bottles over and over, and still they were empty! At check out, they wanted me to wait so they check the room even though they had no mini bar in the room!!!
